Standard 203(k) Consultant Package: Initial Inspection + WWU/SOR + Draws

The connected Standard 203(k) sequence: one initial consultant inspection, the WWU/SOR and cost estimate, then the selected draw inspections as construction progresses.

WWU/SOR maximum $1,000–$2,000 by repair tier + up to $375 per draw Initial inspection and WWU/SOR are quoted first; draw visits occur later as lender-authorized work becomes ready.
