Standalone Draw Inspection for an Existing Assignment

Request one or more draw visits for a project that already has an approved WWU/SOR and active consultant assignment.

01

Definition

What this service means

A draw inspection records progress by approved work item. It does not release funds, guarantee workmanship, or replace municipal and specialty inspections. The lender decides whether escrow funds are released.

02

Best fit

When to choose it

  • An approved milestone is complete and visible
  • Required invoices and lender documents are ready
  • The lender has authorized the draw request
03

Process

How the service works

  1. 1

The borrower or authorized project participant requests a draw under an existing assignment.

  2. 2

Rob confirms the site is ready, observes accessible completed work, and gathers required progress evidence.

  3. 3

The draw documentation is sent through the lender's required process for review and disbursement decision.

04

Deliverables

What you receive

  • Onsite progress observation
  • Line-item completion assessment
  • Photographic and written documentation
  • Draw recommendation within the consultant role
05

Fees and safeguards

Price is confirmed before checkout

Up to $375 per inspection

HUD amounts are maximum references, not automatic charges. The property, scope, lender requirements, service area, payment arrangement, and possible conflicts are reviewed in DolaOS before a written quote is issued.

Payment does not create lender assignment, establish FHA eligibility, approve a loan, authorize an escrow release, or guarantee the project outcome. Card details are entered only on Stripe's hosted checkout page.

Role boundaries

What this service does not replace

The written engagement controls the exact scope. Unless expressly stated and professionally authorized, the service does not replace a home inspection, appraisal, engineering or architectural analysis, environmental assessment, code inspection, permit approval, contractor supervision, construction warranty, lender decision, or legal advice.
