Fees and safeguards
HUD amounts are maximum references, not automatic charges. The property, scope, lender requirements, service area, payment arrangement, and possible conflicts are reviewed in DolaOS before a written quote is issued.
Payment does not create lender assignment, establish FHA eligibility, approve a loan, authorize an escrow release, or guarantee the project outcome. Card details are entered only on Stripe's hosted checkout page.
Role boundaries
The written engagement controls the exact scope. Unless expressly stated and professionally authorized, the service does not replace a home inspection, appraisal, engineering or architectural analysis, environmental assessment, code inspection, permit approval, contractor supervision, construction warranty, lender decision, or legal advice.
